VibeDiag

Vibration, measured from a phone video

VibeDiag measures a machine’s vibration from a video recorded with a phone: it shows where it moves, at what frequency and what is worth checking — saved to the asset’s history.

Available in select countries · subject to regional availabilityVibeDiag is available in select countries and subject to regional availability. The rest of Wertek —asset registry, maintenance, monitoring and reports— works worldwide.
How it works

From a phone video to a saved report

1

Record the machine running

Phone on a tripod or firmly supported, good light and a recording of about 10 to 60 seconds.

2

Link it to the asset

The video is linked to the asset it belongs to.

3

Review the results

Movement map on the video, dominant frequencies and their RPM, and orbits in up to 12 regions.

4

Save and share

PDF report and a shareable video with the result layers on top, kept in the asset’s history.

What you get
  • Movement map on the video, marked on the machine itself
  • Dominant frequencies and their equivalent RPM
  • Orbits by region: up to 12 regions per capture, with the names you give them
  • Recording quality notice: whether the recording is good enough to measure
  • PDF report ready to file or send
  • Shareable video: the original video with the result layers on top

VibeDiag does not replace a vibration analysis with instruments. It helps you decide where to look and which machines deserve a more detailed measurement.
