The web experience: app.wertek.ai
How the web application is organized
app.wertek.ai is Wertek AI's desktop workspace: that is where you analyze, administer, and decide. The side navigation is organized into collapsible groups — Overview, Assets & Equipment, Diagnostics, Maintenance, Intelligence — plus the Integrations, Provider (only for service-provider organizations), and Settings sections. Above the menu is an organization switcher for users who belong to more than one.
The visibility of each option depends on the contracted plan: whatever the plan does not include appears with a padlock and an invitation to upgrade (or can be hidden entirely with the "Show all features / Hide locked features" toggle). Some features are additionally marked BETA and are only visible to beta users: today, Structures and Studio. The interface is available in 14 languages (Spanish and English as the primary ones, with RTL support for Arabic). The sidebar also has links to the mobile app — see mobile experience.
The plans and what each one unlocks are in plans and pricing.
Overview: Dashboard and Alerts
The Overview group is the daily landing point:
- Dashboard — the organization summary: assets and their status, recent activity, and reliability/incident widgets when there is monitoring data. It is the "how is my plant doing this morning?" view.
- Alerts — the unified alert center: it gathers alerts from all sources (energy, condition monitoring, drives, sensors) into a single inbox, sorted by recency and grouped by event, with three severity levels (information / warning / critical). Each alert links to the asset and lets you follow up. Available on paid plans.
Assets & Equipment
The Assets & Equipment group is the heart of digital identity:
- Assets — the complete inventory with the plant → area → asset hierarchy, tree/grouped/list views with a Condition column and filter (how many active conditions each asset has and its worst severity), and each asset's record with tabs for operation, details, hierarchy, measurements, maintenance, sensors, documents, and risk. Equipment with an operation panel (drives, meters, panels, blowers, pumps, compressors) lands directly on its Operation tab; on drives, energy meters, and capacitor banks that tab also includes a measurement export to Excel button (24 h / 7 day / 30 day presets, with times in your browser's time zone). On the Hierarchy tab, the Connections section lets you declare what each piece of equipment measures, drives, and feeds — those connections power the plant graph and alert routing.
- Register Asset — guided creation of a new asset, including binding its QR/NFC tag. See asset identity.
- Import — bulk loading of assets from a file, with the option to create them as orphans or adopted.
- Equipment — an operational view by equipment type for organizations with CMMS enabled.
- Energy — the energy dashboard: consumption per meter, daily/monthly trends, cost estimated with your average price, power quality, and measurement export to Excel from each meter's detail. The meter is treated as what it is — an instrument: its page shows its heartbeat and the health of its measurement chain, while the electrical conditions it detects are attributed to the panel or circuit it measures. See energy.
- Sensors — management of the sensors and telemetry sources bound to the assets.
Diagnostics
The Diagnostics group concentrates condition analysis (available from the Technical plan):
- Measurements — a history of vibration and ultrasound measurements with interactive spectra, waveforms, bearing fault frequency markers, and a prescriptive report with recommendations, from which a work order can be created in one click.
- Upload — loading of signal files (for example WAV/CSV) captured with instruments, for analysis on the platform.
- Leaks — logging and quantification of compressed-air leaks detected in the field, with estimated annual cost and prioritization.
- VibeDiag — visual vibration diagnostics (video-based vibration visualization): movement map on the video, dominant frequencies and their RPM, orbits by region and a PDF report. See visual vibration diagnostics and structural.
- Structures BETA — structural health via modal analysis (natural frequencies, comparison against a baseline).
- Timeline — a unified chronology of the asset's events: measurements, alerts, work orders, and observations.
- Observations — field findings with photo, severity, and type, usually raised from the mobile app and manageable from the web (including converting them into a work order).
- Graph — the plant graph: a live, interactive map of your assets and their connections (what measures what, what drives what, what feeds what). The Constellation view shows the plant as an organic network where assets with an active condition pulse to draw attention; lenses (Hierarchy / Measurement / Drive) filter which story to tell, and the impact radius lights up everything that depends on a piece of equipment ("what goes down if this fails?"). Connections can be declared from the canvas itself (Connect mode, for administrators). Available on the Prescriptive plan.
- Monitor — a live monitoring view for organizations with the sensor module.
Maintenance (CMMS)
The Maintenance group is the platform's CMMS — see CMMS and FSM:
- Dashboard — maintenance KPIs: pending, overdue, completed, workload.
- Work Orders — the full work order lifecycle: creation (manual, from a diagnostic, from an alert, or from an observation), assignment, checklist, spare parts, photos, comments, and closure.
- Kanban — the same orders on a visual board by status.
- Calendar — a calendar view of scheduled jobs.
- Preventive — preventive maintenance plans with automatic work order generation by frequency; includes preloaded factory plans for equipment such as variable frequency drives.
- Routes — inspection/CBM routes to run in the field with the mobile app (Monitoring plan or higher).
- Inventory — spare parts, stock, and purchase orders with minimum-level reordering (Monitoring+).
- Team — management of members, roles, and licenses for the work team (Monitoring+).
Intelligence
The Intelligence group brings together the higher-level analytical layers:
- Event Intelligence — a dashboard of the platform's standardized events: volume by type, success rate, most active assets, and health alerts from which a work order can be created directly.
- Operational Health — reliability KPIs: availability, MTTR, mean time between incidents, recurrence rate, and a ranking of problematic assets.
- Bently Nevada — configuration of the integration with critical-machinery monitoring systems (Prescriptive plan).
- Automations — automation rules: on a given event, create a work order, notify, etc. (Monitoring+).
- Grid Code — electrical regulatory compliance profiles (Mexico; power factor, THD, frequency) that feed the energy compliance status indicator.
- Wertek AI Copilot — the conversational AI assistant over your organization's data (Monitoring+). See AI Copilot.
- Studio BETA — the engineering analysis lab: Python notebooks in the browser over your organization's data (energy, drive, and sensor measurements) with saved datasets that load as complete analysis tables — up to 100k rows per query — and scientific libraries (pandas, numpy, scipy) ready to use.
Integrations, Provider, and Settings
- Integrations: Connectors (Monitoring+) to link external systems — CMMS/EAM (SAP PM, Maximo, Odoo, MaintainX, Fracttal), historians (PI System, AVEVA), and IoT gateways; Vision (Enterprise, with module) for AI cameras; and platform Documentation, open to everyone.
- Provider (visible only to service-provider organizations): Provider Dashboard with the client portfolio and visits, technician-team Productivity, Live Tracking (GPS of technicians on route), Asset Economics (P&L per serviced asset), Meter Readings, Energy Allocation (Monitoring+, to prorate energy among clients or tenants), service Reports, and Schedule. See CMMS and FSM.
- Settings: organization profile, subscription and billing, members, notifications, and ~20 more pages of fine-grained settings.
There is also a read-only tenant portal (white-label) with which a building administrator can share each tenant's energy consumption and estimated bill, without requiring a Wertek account — part of the buildings offering. </content>
